The cashier was very rude to us. We tried to get our cards so we could spend our money there. After 15 minutes of him trying to put in our address from our passports, then our state I.D., he told us we couldn't have a card because we needed to have a merida address. I then showed him proof of our address in Merida, but he wouldn't input it. He was not nice about it either. We left & asked the door guy if that was normal, and he seemed confused as to why he wouldn't give us the cards, but he wasn't a cashier & couldn't do anything about it. I never had this treatment or issue at other casinos in Merida. We wasted a lot of time going all the way there, going through the process, then being embarrassed, then having to return home. They need nicer & more helpful employees.

It is my first time entering a casino. However it seemed both very small and lifeless. Yes, it is seen that the majority of elderly people come here, but it also does not show an environment as active as one would expect. Same story as everyone, after an hour and a half of throwing away my money I got tired of waiting for a prize to fall because none of the machines I played gave a bonus and the people who go alone are hunting machines because I got a lady who only put her coffee at my machine and he sat down without caring that I was there to put my card but of course if no machine gives a peso because uneducated people fight over the ones that make a lot of noise!!! Everything is terrible apart from the ugly place.
